Hi Everyone! New here and new to yoga. I have 1 year old twin girls and am on a journey to finding myself and who I am outside of being a mom (sounds silly, but seriously lost track of that over the last year). I am trying to get my body back in shape as well as mind. I'm far from where I used to be in fitness, flexibility etc... Yoga has always been something I have wanted to do and be good at but truthfully, I hardly know where to start. Any tips on books, apps, places to learn and grow is appreciated and excited to be in this community.
