Bella Gormley's love of dance was sparked early - long before she taught Zumba with 24 or starred in our new ad campaign: "I grew up dancing in my living room! I am Latina, my mother is Mexican, and my father is Cuban. When I was growing up, my mom and I would push our furniture aside, turn some tunes on and just dance. Our favorites to dance to were Salsa, Merengue and Cumbia. You could say I got my moves from my mama. I also grew up performing in school and danced in a Folk...lorico company, but mostly did the singing since I sang Mariachi. Latin rhythms are close to my heart because it makes me feel alive! I know that sound cheesy, but it really does. If a Salsa starts to play, I have to dance! It's in my blood, it's part of who I am, and it brings me so much joy!" Stay tuned for more of Bella's story. #StoriesAt24

You can’t pick your challenges, but you can decide how to meet them. 24 Hour Fitness member Rayy Syymone was born with a nevus (a large, potentially cancerous mole) on her back. The doctor gave her mother the option to have the nevus removed, so they did. From birth until she was almost a teenager, Rayy was in the hospital frequently, having skin graft surgery, staples in her back and stiches everywhere. She was constantly in pain and couldn’t run, jump, play rough or bump in...to things because of the thin layer of skin and lack of protective tissue around her spine. When I was growing up, I wanted to be in sports, but I couldn’t. Rayy turned to food for comfort, until one day she realized she was wearing her trauma on her body and decided to make a change. Through a vegan diet and exercise, Rayy has been able to lose 100 pounds. Now, her goal is to inspire other people to live their best lives. She does this not only through inspiring social media, but also as a counselor at an adult school, serving people struggling with homelessness and depression. Rayy helps her students learn how to better take care of their mental well-being. #StoriesAt24
