Great News for Home Prices, at least for current homeowners as Loan Limits will be increasing almost $30,000 next year. Okay, so what does this really mean, it means more clients will be able to buy with low down payment loans with only 3% for a higher sales price. We saw the effect of this locally as it allowed more first time home buyers to buy in higher price ranges which was a domino effect in raising values.
