The iRacing 6 hours of Daytona is this morning- that’s right, 6 hours of CUP CARS around the DAYTONA OVAL with $500 on the line to the winning team. Luckily my segment isn’t until the 4th hour, so it’s time to take a nap until then. Fun day turned into a slightly rough ending. Played with tire pressures all day and didn’t nail it until the main event. Started in the rear after the car didn’t run in the initial warmup laps of the main and sliced through several wrecks and spins all the way up to 5th before the engine locked up and just about split itself in half.
