Finally got some sun... and some yoga in @savageswim #covid cancelled our trip to Mexico but I caught some #tanlines down in #corona CA

This was the quietest place I have practiced since the days of trekking the Sub-Continent... the silence felt like being in the presence of a long lost love... a little fidgety with nervous anticipation about rekindling the fire.... I sat for a while with this energy, feeling and watching it as it grew... it was a returning of home... my breath chimed in and everything fell into place... the mat has always been a place of healing and growth for me...
