Sorry for the late notice, no CVBH meeting tonight

Sad news for CVBH, long time traditional archer Leroy Campbell passed away on June 13th. I know that this is a little late but we want to recognize Leroy, his family and all of his accomplishments in the archery community for so many years. If he did not directly beat you at archery you may remember him as the guy on the track wheelchair shooting at the Big Bear Shoot. CVBH Board met last night. After 34 years of the Big Bear 3-D shoot we regret to inform everyone that we must cancel this year. CVBH appreciates everyone's patience and dedication to our club and look forward to the time that we can host tournaments again. Keep shooting and see you all soon.

Attention CVBH Members! Tuesday 6/2 the CVBH Board will have a meeting. This meeting will not be open to the membership however we will send a report out to everyone following the meeting. Couple of items for discussion: 1. Establish opening status for the facilities. We have not engaged in any organized gatherings like meetings, leagues, or tournaments since the mid-March closure. 2. Discuss Forestry communication for the Big Bear Shoot in August. 3. Determine the ability fo...r our JOAD kids to get back to work. 4. Discuss the banquet and outdoor league that we all missed. 5. Looking for a painter...ASAP. 24x36 building, outside walls. Anyone available/interested?

Attention Archery Community. All scheduled events for May are being postponed until further notice. This includes the following: 1. North American Big Game Shoot May 9th; 2. Meeting (May 5th); 3. Scout groups; 4. JOAD classes; 5. Outdoor League There should not be any organized activities happening at the range. If members are still using the range to get out of the house please make sure that you are staying at a distance guided by the Riverside County Health Department and State Mandate. We will be in communication with San Bernardino County Forestry to keep our plans as current as possible for the Big Bear Shoot in August. We will continue to adjust as we get more information on COVID-19 and State direction.

Friend of mine is looking to sell a Cabela's 6 man Alaskan Guide tent with vestibule like new, only used a couple of times. If anyone is interested please let me know. He is looking to get $200 for it.
