On Thursday, October 29, 2020, just after midnight, a GPD patrol officer was driving eastbound along the 1100 block of E Harvard St when they observed a male (42-year-old Joseph Dunlap of Glendale) placing items into the back of a large moving truck. The officer conducted a records check of the license plate and discovered the truck was stolen. As the officer parked his car, Dunlap began walking toward the front door of a residence. Upon detaining Dunlap, the officer hear...d the sound of someone moving objects around on this same front porch and observed a female, 41-year-old Michelle Perdue of Glendale, sit down on a chair. Additional officers arrived on scene and made contact with Perdue who was found to be in possession of an Employment Development Department (EDD) debit card in the name of another person, methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe.
