Welcome Back Friends! As we welcome you all back, here’s an overview of what has changed: -We are now open our full original schedule Monday thru Saturday -We have health screenings upon entering the facility -Masks/Facial Coverings must be worn at all times unless while working out and breathing becomes labored ... -Our facility is closed for 30 minutes twice daily for deep cleaning and sanitizing - We have staff cleaning equipment constantly during hours of operation -We are not allowing day passes at this time -Hand sanitizer stations are placed in every room throughout the facility - We have separated equipment from our main weight room and added to our multi-purpose room to allow for more social distancing and available equipment -All equipment has been social distanced for safe use in all rooms We hope to see you all back soon. Attention Members: We are happy to announce Kings County has moved into the Red Tier! We have the green light to move back indoors with modifications! We will be closed Thursday from 5am-5pm in order to move equipment back into the facility! We thank you all for your continued support through the unprecedented time!

Due to unsafe weather conditions, Recreational Swim is cancelled for today as well as Evening Lap Swim. Rec swim will be back Friday from 4pm-7pm and Saturday from 4pm-6:30pm
