In light of everything going on we have had to make some hard decisions. We are temporarily closing our Rocklin location. Dr. Cooper and his team will be seeing patients in our Lincoln location. This month focuses on bringing our community together to help give children the education they need to take care of their oral health. From healthy snacks, brushing and flossing techniques, and routine dental visits. ***Tips and Tricks... Make it fun! Play a song for 2 minutes, or read a book, anything to motivate your little one to take their time to make sure they get rid of all their sugar bugs. Don't skip brushing. Making kids oral health a priority and a daily habit, this reinforces how important brushing and flossing is. Learn by example. Parents, your kids want to be just like you! If you make your oral health a priority they will follow in your footsteps. Trial and Error. Try different kids of toothpaste flavors. Some taste better than others for our little ones. Don't give up! Cavities and dental issues are costly and more damaging than working on forming the habit of brushing and flossing every day.
