My friend and mentor Fred Dominguiz passed away today. He owned and operated Lake Elsinore Barbershop for over 60 years. He was a city councilman for 8 years and also the Mayor of Lake Elsinore, you can see how our lives parallel. He was a great guy who cared...that is all I aspire to.
